Can not add to dictionary

I have a full name in my document. The program flags it and gives me the option to add to dictionary. I choose. that, but the next time I run the grammar test it flags the name again. 'Add to Dictionary' doesn't work, at least for me.

I have the same problem. I find it actually adds it to the dictionary, but it isn't being checked when the desktop version runs the report. Very annoying, though I ignore it. Hopefully, they get this fixed.
