I signed up for a lifetime renewal on August 3, 2022. I haven't been able to access my account ever since. I got an email leading to a link to set a password, but when I went there, I was offered options to pay. I've written multiple emails to the help desk and only get told that I have to wait 48 hours (on business days) and now it's been almost two weeks. I'm tired of the generic responses and want my account to be working.
