Language won't change from American to UK. Only allowed one critique per day, telling me to upgrade my account for more, and now rephrase is playing up, it either does not work at all or changes only half of the sentence and leaves the rest blank. My subscription has recently been upgraded and is annual. When emailing I get the same answer with no solution, only a timescale of a "few hours" and I don't ever hear back, just the same message, but this time pointing here.
