Doesn't work on Reedsy

I reported this in an email and did a back and forth a couple times and then quit receiving responses. My browser is up to date, I've tried private browser (and obviously it works there because in private mode, the app is disabled), I've tried in different browsers, and nothing works. When I load up Reedsy word editor for my book it stops loading the book editor if I have ProWritingAid enabled for my browser. I've cleared my cache, cookies, updated browser, etc. Nothing has worked and it's been almost two months. I need this fixed because the constant copy/paste I'm having to do isn't helping, and the method I'm using doesn't have the quick reference to thesaurus the way the browser addon does.
