Error code text inserted in ODT

I have LibreOffice ODT files with strange error code text inserted above my document text. One version of the file has none of the error code text. The next version does. I saved multiple versions of the original file as I edited it in PWA. In subsequent versions of the document, the error code text grows in size. Contact me if you want copies of the ODT files.
