GoogleDoc crashes and zooming does not work properly

I have a subscription for ProWritingAid. Initially, I thought I would use it but there are too major limitations that keep me turning it off and never using it. (1) The app is unusable in Google Doc. It is just too slow and keeps crashing Google Doc and sometimes my entire Chrome browser. (2) When using the Zoom functions in Google Doc then the highlights for suggestions are misplaced throughout the document.
