"ignore" doesn't...

When getting a suggestion from the programme, one option I choose is 'ignore', either, because the suggestion is incorrect! Or, I do not want the wording changed, because it has a reason to be there. My gripe is when I tell the programme to ignore something. It doesn't and keeps counting the 'ignore' command as an error on my part. Really exasperating

Hi Kenneth! Now it should be fixed in all apps except for ProWritingAid Everywhere (Windows & Mac).

It is NOT fixed. The MSFT Word add in updated recently and EVERY ignore reset to default. Now I have 405 suggestions I will have to spend an hour ignoring. (edit: I did and when I reopened the document THEY ALL RESET AGAIN!!! 3.2.3382 is WORTHLESS.
It;s been years. What will it take to get this fixed once and for all?
