Rephrase glitches

Every time I selected one rephrase to post on my writing. It will list five same sentence after I paste it. I have to get them deleted by pushing the delete button. I don't want to keep changing my writing because of these issues. It wore me out. Can you fix these bugs? Your reading is much appreciated.
