Transition Report Doesn't Count All Words In Your List

Your website has a list of transition words, however not all of them are recognized, and it's making it very hard for me to hit the 25% of sentences threshold.

Here is a screen shot of one such instance. The world Certainly is on your list, but your report doesn't count it. I would say about 1/3 of the words and phrases on your list don't work, just ball park.

Is this a known issue, and is there a timeline on a fix? It's making using the report very difficult.
