Win10 - Scriverner3:
When scanning a scene I often chose "ignore" or "disable rule". Yet when I reload the scene the errors return. Shouldn't they be saved and not checked again?

How can this be marked LIVE when the behavior hasn't changed? I have the latest version and ignored "errors" just pop up again.
Steve Kay
I've installed the latest version today and this still doesn't work, thanks
Gary Glass
How is it possible this still does not work?

This doesn't work. For example, uppercase words added into My Dictionary keep being offered as lowercase words. This is time-consuming and unproductive.

This is now live. Ignores will be remembered between sessions.
Sherry Ramsey
Ignores are not even remembered in the same session when reports run again.

I have words in my dictionary in Tools that are proper nouns in my novel’s ‘world’, yet Prowritingaid won’t accept them. The underline remains. Ignoring it doesn't do anything. Please save my ignored suggestions.

Grammar, style, and spelling issues "ignored" need to be saved. with the work so that they don't have to be repeated each time you reopen the same document. It's as if PWA's suggestion is the only solution. it isn't. Take for example "ungainly looking" - Possible missing Hyphen.
"ungainly-looking" - Don't hyphenate after and adverb ending in ly. Ignore and it persist as an error affecting every report. Disable Rule is not a viable option except in rare circumstances - so rare I've cant conceive of a example. So please save my corrections, I'm sick of redoing them.

To be clear, "ungainly" was just one example not the only one I could have used. If I put the hyphen in PWA said take it out, if I took it out PWA said put it back. A no win situation . I picked one and chose to Ignore, which was ok until my next session. The point being PWA did not save my 'ignore'. Worse still PWA can undo every choice (bar accept) during a session if you accidentally hit the Realtime error counter. That needs to stop .

Agreed

Thanks. This is a feature we're planning. In this case, ungainly is not an adverb even though it ends -ly. It is an adjective.
