Can not get it to work

I can get the add-in on Word to work fine. However, the Everywhere helper does not work. It open up but the area where I would expect text just remains empty. I have toggled Accessibility under the privacy menu. Any thoughts as to what I am doing wrong? (Version 1.12.245 Beta). On an M1 Mac Mini
