It worked fine yesterday until I logged off my document. Today, nothing. I can't get into it unless I leave my doc

Same problem. Realtime stopped working. The circle spins, but the program doesn't start. At first it would not recognize me as a premium and would request I sign up, despite having an account. Now, it just doesn't work.
