Inaccessible Interface

Hi. I'm blind and using a screen reader. I've just paid for lifetime and I am unable to use the service, because the interface is presumably designed for those who can see the screen.

I've tried the online version, I have no idea which changes are about to be made to my document, as there is no way to identify which part of the text is going to be changed. There are also a lot of links and controls without any labels.

I've downloaded the Windows app, however most of the controls are unlabelled and I am unable to find a way to sign in.

I find it ironic that a service offering readability services is unable to allow me to read the interface of the service.

Are there any fixes planned or should I go ahead and request a refund?
