Rephrase

I am using Word (Windows). When I am working in the text and highlight a word, the "Rephrase" tab comes up. However, if I switch to the PWA ribbon and, for example, initiate the overused phrases report, "Rephrase" is no longer available. So, I have an overused word/phrase but "Rephrase" can't help. To access it, I have to "Start" PWA, which means I lose my "Overused" report.
